Malte is technical director at ICO. He guides teams of developers, programmers, editors and postproduction specialists to think laterally and overcome existing technical barriers to make the technical experience transparent and let the users become completely immersed in the interaction with content.
Malte is member of crew since RSE13.

Daniel Schäfer Daniel Schäfer

As creative director of ICO, Daniel Schäfer leads a resourceful young team of conceptualizers, scriptwriters, storytellers, game developers and media designers. The emphasis is on the innovative quality of fresh ideas and unexpected ways to present content across all forms of media.
